Celebrating Over 50 Years of Serving Artists!
Jerry’s Artarama is celebrating over 50 years of serving artists!
Eager to share the excitement with local communities, Jerry’s retailers across the country hosted an enormous 1968 themed party, featuring free family fun, refreshments, entertainment, and the largest sale in store history.
Jerry’s hosted the ‘throwback’ themed festivities to pay it forward to local High School art departments. Thousands of dollars in monetary and product donations were raised in just a week’s time, 100% of which goes to local students.
Communities rallied to support the cause in solidarity with the teachers, students, and families who are increasingly strained with financial responsibilities of education. The Jerry’s family deeply believes the need for consistent and constructive outlets for student expression, stress relief, confidence building, and creative thinking is necessary now more than ever.
The staff at Jerry’s is motivated to contribute to positive change, knowing that local support makes all the difference.
In an era when some retailers are closing their doors, Jerry’s 50th Anniversary is no small feat. The management says they have their customers to thank for their longevity.
Our seemingly simple philosophy of friendly service has been a hallmark of Jerry’s Artarama since the first store opened in 1968.
Jerry Goldstein, the late Founder, was influenced by the personal care and support he received from his teachers early in life and ensured these key principles shaped the culture of his company.
The legacy of giving back and community involvement doesn’t stop with this event!
Each location is building on the legacy of providing resources, education, powerful networking, and incubation for local students, hobbyists, artisans and professionals.
